Celebration Cake
Wow your guests with this impressive layered sponge.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Sponge Cakes
  • Nutella (or chocolate spread or ganache)
  • Caramel Sauce (thick style)
  • 500 ml Whipping Cream
  • Elly’s Salted Caramel POP

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut each sponge cake in half.  Place one half on a serving plate and spread generously with Nutella (or your favourite chocolate spread or ganache).
  2. Top with freshly whipped cream.   Place another half sponge on top, and spread with caramel sauce and more whipped cream.  Repeat the same with next two sponge layers.
  3. Top with Elly’s Salted Caramel POP and drizzle caramel sauce over the top.  Scatter more Salted Caramel POP around base of cake.  Your guests will love it!
