Wow your guests with this impressive layered sponge.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Sponge Cakes
- Nutella (or chocolate spread or ganache)
- Caramel Sauce (thick style)
- 500 ml Whipping Cream
- Elly’s Salted Caramel POP
DIRECTIONS
- Cut each sponge cake in half. Place one half on a serving plate and spread generously with Nutella (or your favourite chocolate spread or ganache).
- Top with freshly whipped cream. Place another half sponge on top, and spread with caramel sauce and more whipped cream. Repeat the same with next two sponge layers.
- Top with Elly’s Salted Caramel POP and drizzle caramel sauce over the top. Scatter more Salted Caramel POP around base of cake. Your guests will love it!
