How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Australia Post: 2-8 Business Days
Express Australia Post: 1-4 Business Days
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard Australia Post shipping on orders over $75.
For orders under $75, we charge a flat rate of $9.90 for standard Australia Post shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once we have processed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation via the email you placed your order with. Here you will find a link that takes you to our tracking page that displays live updates to your order's shipping status.
If you do not have access to your shipping confirmation email, you can simply enter your details on the tracking page form here.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been shipped, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to update your shipping address. Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to cancel your order. However, once an order is lodged with our courier, it cannot be cancelled.
Is everything gluten free?
Yes! The entire Elly's range is 100% gluten free.
All of our products are also palm oil free, all natural and made in Tasmania.
We also have vegan options!
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
However, if you are shipping outside of Australia or New Zealand, please send us an email at help@ellys.com.au as we will need to manually process your order.
What is your refund policy?
