Standard Australia Post Delivery: Packages shipped via the Standard Australia Post option are typically delivered within 2-8 business days.

Express Australia Post Delivery: For quicker delivery, opt for the Express Australia Post option to receive your package within 1-4 business days.

Free Shipping Offer: We offer free standard Australia Post shipping for all orders over $75.

Shipping Fees for Orders Under $75: If your order total is below $75, a flat shipping fee of $9.90 will apply for standard Australia Post delivery.

Changing Your Shipping Address: If you realise you've provided an incorrect shipping address and your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer service team immediately. Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

New Zealand: If you are placing an order from New Zealand, please visit our sister site at ellyspop.com to place your order. Unfortunately, we do not ship the full Elly's range via this method. If you would like to discuss an alternative method, please email us at help@ellys.com.au

International Shipping: While we do ship internationally, if you are placing an order from outside Australia, we kindly request you to email us at help@ellys.com.au. Your order will need to be processed manually to ensure accurate shipping details and charges.
