Lemon Ice
- Ice-Cream
- Lemon Sauce (Lemon Curd thinned with hot water is perfect!)
- Toasted Coconut
- Lemon Zest
DIRECTIONS

In an elegant glass, layer the ice-cream, crumble over Elly’s Lemon Ice, and a drizzle of lemon sauce, repeating until the top.
Finish with a slice of Lemon Ice on top and a sprinkle of toasted coconut and lemon zest to serve.
