Elly Elly Elly, what have you done to my tastebuds??? I ordered 1kg of fudge and omg ate too much! So delicious!!!! BUT then I opened the free salted caramel popcorn and floated to heaven! Its the most delectable popcorn Ive ever had. So sweet buttery and salty - right down my ally. I was going to let my boys taste it but i kinda couldnt stop eating it and its all gone…. I’m about to order a few bags - wish there was a bigger bag than 160gm lol. Keep up the yummy treats. Yum yum yum!!!!

My daughter bought a small bar of this fudge as a gift when she went to Tasmania. It was soooo delicious I had to purchase this huge block on line. I've tried to hide it from myself so I don't eat too much at once.

I tried Ellie’s fudge as an experiment and was very delighted with it. I forced myself to have a tiny portion at a time. Ordering was a smooth and easy process and it lasted me for a long time. I enjoyed my Ellie’s treats very much.
So excited to have tracked this down after returning to Qld after our Tassie holiday. This is the nicest fudge I have tasted in years (probably ever) and reminds me of the Russian Caramel we sometimes had as kids.
At least with the size of the caterers slab I can share it with the family, just going to have to order more soon before our stocks get too low!

I have been searching for fudge that was as good as the fudge I used to buy from a little family confectionery shop in Yorkshire, and at last I have found it. This is seriously the best fudge you can taste anywhere (and I have tried a lot). In my view, fudge should not be smooth, but grainy, and even the smooth fudge fans in my family love this. One of them, my son, asked for a kilo of it so I gave it to him for his birthday. I also can't speak highly enough of the shipping and communication speeds. Will definitely be a regular customer.
After recently moving to Canberra for work it is my little piece of home to tuck into the best fudge I have ever eaten. Like to snack on mine with almonds and this is "eye closing" good. I am at the point where I may require an intervention the amount of fudge I consume......
